i actually exercised!! i went swimming..with 2 galfrenz. was great to just relax in the water and play around. hope i'm a bit darker hehe.
did my first stint as a promoter at Cali. yay i got 9 people to go 4 the tour! praise God man. was feeling quite apprehensive at first..i mean, how am i supposed to be irritating?? HAHA. from this i learnt that singaporeans' attitude toward such promoters really suck. to put it better, some chinese are super rude. this sounds like i'm shooting myself in the foot (coz i am chinese) yet the malay peeps and ang-mohs were kinda more well-mannered. but well, all the people whom i managed to pull in to go for a FREE tour at cali were really nice :) jokin with me & stuff.
on a more thoughtful & solemn note, this word 'friend' has started to lose some of its shine, its lustre in my hall of treasures as i progress on in life. this doesn't mean that you peeps whom i regard as the above-mentioned are not that anymore. sick of the double standards. sick of the hollow cheeriness. the only best friend one can really have, as i have realised, is God. as His promise goes, "Never will i leave you nor forsake you." thank You Jesus!
